Begin to see the differences between thinking as a Tattoo Artist, and thinking as a Tattoo Business Owner.

Assignment

List some things you want to fix or improve about your business.

  2. Get some Post-It Notes. Over the next couple of days, we'll be using them a lot to strategize.

  3. Using the Post-It Notes, list 4 or 5 things you want to improve about your business. Be sure to only write 1 item on each Post-It!

  4. Once you have your list of items, arrange them in order of importance.

  5. Leave your Post-It Notes somewhere you can see them, and think about them overnight. Tomorrow, we'll start to tackle the first thing on your list. Whatever it may be.
