Creating Email Templates


Step 1: Navigate to the Marketing Section

In the left-hand menu, click "Marketing".

Select "Emails" or "Templates", depending on your version.


Step 2: Create a New Template

Click “+ New Email Template” or “Create Email”. Choose either:

Drag & Drop Builder (recommended for design-focused emails), or HTML Builder (for custom-coded emails).

Step 3: Design the Email

Use drag-and-drop blocks (text, images, buttons, dividers, etc.).

Click each element to edit text, fonts, colors, spacing, etc.

Use the “Merge Fields” (like ) to personalize.

Add links (e.g., buttons to booking pages or offers).


Step 4: Name & Save

Click Settings (gear icon or top bar).

Give the template a clear name.

Save it as a template or draft email.


Step 5: Test It

Click Preview to see desktop & mobile versions.

Click Send Test Email to check inbox rendering.

Step 6: Use It in Campaigns or Workflows

When building a Workflow or Campaign, choose “Send Email”.
Select your template from the dropdown.
