In the area of your biggest business concern or challenge, practice asking better questions. The kinds of questions a successful business owner would ask.

  1. As you watch the video above, and thinking like an Owner rather than an Artist, write down 4 or 5 questions that might give you some insight or ideas about solving your current business challenge. For example...

  • In this area of my business, what is truly most important?

  • What exactly do I want to have done?

  • To get this problem solved, what has to happen next? And then what has to happen? And then what?

  • Who specifically is going manage it?

  • Who is on my team?

  1. Write down your own answers to each of your own questions. (Seeing them in writing will help.)
