In the area of your biggest business concern or challenge, practice asking better questions. The kinds of questions a successful business owner would ask.

As you watch the video above, and thinking like an Owner rather than an Artist, write down 4 or 5 questions that might give you some insight or ideas about solving your current business challenge. For example...

In this area of my business, what is truly most important?
What exactly do I want to have done?
To get this problem solved, what has to happen next? And then what has to happen? And then what?
Who specifically is going manage it?
Who is on my team?

Write down your own answers to each of your own questions. (Seeing them in writing will help.)
